Mondo TV Group, the leading Italian kids programming distributor, has finalized an agreement with Showplace Television Syndication to acquire a slot on the NBC and affiliates TV stations to broadcast Angel's Friends within the time reserved to the children's programming on Saturday and Sunday morning. The initial coverage under the agreement will be approximately 72 million households.

Mondo TV and Play Entertainment, co-producer of the series, will sell commercials to be aired with the program and to develop sales of the series on other channels, including home video sales and product licensing and merchandising in the U.S., with expected revenues significantly higher than the investment for television access. Under the agreements, the series will be broadcasted in the third broadcast quarter beginning on June 29, 2010. The duration of the agreement is 12 months.

Angel's Friends (52x'13) is based on an original idea by Simona Ferri (who actively participates in the project and as artistic director and as director of Play Entertainment) and directed by Orlando Corradi.
