MarVista Entertainment has acquired worldwide rights to distribute Fan-Demanium, a documentary that shows the essence of world soccer fans following ten countries, Germany, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, USA, France, England, Italy and Japan. The announcement was made by Fernando Szew, CEO of the company.
‘Fan-Demaniam is a unique odyssey that combines the excitement of this sporting event with real-life human drama and offers audiences an up close and personal view into the lives of those who so passionately follow the World Cup', commented Szew. ‘Given the combination of the elements involved in this documentary, we believe the documentary will appeal to a broad demographic that understands or is intrigued by this event that enthralls most of us for one month every four years'.
This is an inspiration look behind the scenes of the World Cup 2006 in Germany, which saw more than a billion people around the globe and tells what the world lived by the ten fans during the cup. A Rosenblatt Entertainment and Flashpoint Entertainment production, Fan-Demanium offers a comprehensive analysis of the tournament with excerpts of the most significant moments, such as key goals, to re-live what the world lived in these four weeks.
